LACING COMPETITION
Participants must be nimble. They must also be quick. To win the sneaker lacing competition, they must also be slick! Witness participants go head-to-head to lace sneakers up in the fastest time. Only the fastest participant will be crowned champion and win a prize from one of the participating brands.
LUCKY DRAW
Attention to ALL attendees, remember to drop by Sneakerlah’s signature activity and test your luck during the lucky draw! Happening at the end of the day, don’t miss out on this opportunity to win sneakers, cool merchandise, and exciting prizes!
TRADING PIT
Going once… Going twice… and Sole-d! Think you’ve got a sneaker that is auction-worthy? Use this opportunity to bring them to our trading pit and buy, sell or trade your sneakers to the best price!
Workshops at Makerspace
Unleash your inner creative side by upcycling old and used materials at these different workshops.
SHOES PLANTER W/ PAINT
7 & 8 March 2020, 1 - 2 pm
Too many unused sneakers lying around your home? Our trainers will guide you step-by-step on how to upcycle your used and old sneakers with a coat of paint and a beautiful succulent. Don’t have a sneaker to spare but still want to learn? We’ll provide you an unused blank sneaker.
LASER CUT SHOE BOX
7 & 8 March 2020, 2 - 3 pm
Want your very own laser-engraved wooden box? Come assemble your very own versatile and multi-functional shoe box made out of laser engraved wood! This activity is recommended for those ages above 7, with parental guidance, as it includes the use of a hot glue gun.
ANG PAO BRACELET
7 & 8 March 2020, 3 - 4 pm
Too many ang pao packets lying around now that Chinese New Year is over? Forget about throwing it into a bin. Instead, bring your stacks of old ang pao packets and have some fun by converting them into sustainable and trendy bracelets! Don’t have any old ang pao packets to spare? Not to worry, we have some ready just for you!
